Open DVD to WMV AviSynth Script Generator

Press Next and fill in the Top, Left, Bottom and Right values if applicable

Cropping

Press Next and browse for name of the *.d2v file (MyMovie) you made in DGIndex

Browse for D2V Project

You can Force SSE2 if you have a Pentium 4 Processor
You can use Field Based Post Processing if you have an interlaced source video

Press Save to create the *.avs file.

Save the AVS file
